At SEEROV, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to us in perfect condition.

It must in no case  be worn.

 

You will be able to choose between an exchange or a refund.

In the event of a fault  of manufacture SEEROV will be able to accept a recovery which will allow the purchaser to obtain the free replacement of the jewel concerned, if it is a jewel in silver or gold plated ( one year guarantee ). Stainless steel jewelry is not under warranty.

Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Once the product is in the buyer's possession, it becomes his property and responsibility.

 

SEEROV cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product and poor maintenance conditions.
