Each silver and gold-plated jewel purchased from SEEROV is guaranteed for 1 year, from the date of purchase.  

The warranty covers manufacturing faults as well as technical faults.

Stainless steel jewelry has no warranty.

Breakage or damage resulting from accident or misuse will not be covered by warranty.

The invoice and the certificate of authenticity are essential to obtain the replacement of the jewel.

Pass ed one year from the date of purchase, the jewelry SEEROV are no longer guaranteed.

Beyond this date, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or refund.

How does the warranty work?

You will need to send us clear photos of your jewelry with visible damage, along with a scan of your invoice and certificate of authenticity.

​

If your request is accepted, we will send you an e-mail with the address to return the jewel to us.

It may take approximately 3 weeks for the item to be accepted for warranty.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

With each purchase, a certificate of authenticity is given to you with your jewel,  in addition to your invoice

which is sent to you by email.

​

This certificate testifies to the authenticity of the elements composing the jewel that you have bought and testifies to its value.
